The tears of a mother... Mother Laos cries for her sons and daughters as they fall 
by the thousands into the deep hell-hole of enslaved labor and forced prostitution. Innocent and helpless victims of the greed and lust of strangers in foreign and dangerous places far away from home.  All in an escape from abject poverty and mind-boggling miseries in the so-called Lao People's Democratic Republic...All because'the Party knows best.' 


Yeah, the one-party State knows best all right when it comes to lining the pockets of the rulers. Billions of Dollars in foreign aid have transformed into private luxury mansions, fancy cars, western education for the offspring of the communist oligarchs and not a penny has gone to these victims. Where to now for the future of a once glorious land and cultured people?

This is a great observation of how the current Lao government have been running the country. The government is not independent for many reasons. One is that they do not want to be independent. They are happy to serve the will of their big Vietnam brother because that how they can stay in power. Another reason is that they are ignorant. They do not know what they are doing because they have short vision. I know that Lao Nai people are waiting for Lao Nork to do somethings. I like to let all Lao Nai know that we have tried all the times to promote changes in Laos because we want to see all Lao people living a good life, not because we want to come back and take over your job. We live a good life here in foreign countries. I encourage you to  recruit more  courageous educators to speak out. We support you all the times.

Lao MP Statement on Marxism/Leninism

Why does the Lao government continue to use a discredited European political theory of Marxism/Leninism to rule Laos?  Marxism-Leninism teach only hatred and class warfare, a foreign concept in contradiction of the peace loving nature of Lao people. Since the current communist regime is unresponsive to the yearnings of Lao people for democracy and freedom, it should make a gracefully exit from the pages of history or else suffer the same inevitable fate as the former communist regimes of Eastern Europe.

Enough is enough....Lao people need change, NOW!!!!

Viet rape of Laos

I agree with Mr. Jojo on this issue. The Vietnamese have been sucking Lao natural resources for decades under the Lao government watch. They have done this openly with the cooperation of Lao government. The Lao government provides protectections to them while they are exploring our resources because they have shared the profits.


Vietnam rape and plunder the natural resources and riches of Laos, while at the same time subjugate Lao people into second class citizens in their own country.  At the same time the Vietnamese hord swarm over into settle in Laos like locus devouring everything in sight.    The Lao communist government continues to serve their Vietnamese master.
